目的：分析90后护理实习生临床带教的新问题并制定相应的措施。方法选取2013年5月～2014年2月我院某科室的30例90后实习生进行研究，根据90后护理实习生的临床带教中存在的新问题制定相应的应对措施。结果90后护理实习生临床带教中存在的主要问题包括心理问题、专业知识掌握不足问题、交流问题以及社会因素和法律意识问题等，医院存在管理制度问题，带教老师存在自身经验问题等因素。结论为了保证实习质量，要加强医院的管理，选择合理的带教老师，培养护理实习生的独立性，加强护理实习生的交流能力和法律意识等，使护理实习生成为合理的护理人员。
목적：분석90후호리실습생림상대교적신문제병제정상응적조시。방법선취2013년5월～2014년2월아원모과실적30례90후실습생진행연구，근거90후호리실습생적림상대교중존재적신문제제정상응적응대조시。결과90후호리실습생림상대교중존재적주요문제포괄심리문제、전업지식장악불족문제、교류문제이급사회인소화법률의식문제등，의원존재관리제도문제，대교로사존재자신경험문제등인소。결론위료보증실습질량，요가강의원적관리，선택합리적대교로사，배양호리실습생적독립성，가강호리실습생적교류능력화법률의식등，사호리실습생성위합리적호리인원。
ObjectiveAnalysis new problems in clinical of 90’nursing interns and formulate corresponding measures. Methods Selected 30 cases of 90’nursing intern in a department from May 2013 to February formulate the corresponding countermeasures according to new problems in clinical teaching. ResultsMain problems in 90’nursing intern of clinical teaching including psychological problems, lack of professional knowledge, communication problems and social factors and the legal consciousness and so on, the hospital management system problems, teaching the teacher's own experience problems and other factors.ConclusionIn order to ensure the quality of practice need strengthen the management of the hospital and chose reasonable nursing teacher. Strengthen the communication ability and the law consciousness of nursing interns, reasonable nursing staff to make nursing interns.
