目的:探讨蛋白磷酸酶2A的癌性抑制因子(CIP2A)在前列腺癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理参数的关系。方法收集2011年12月至2014年11月该院泌尿外科前列腺癌(80例)和前列腺增生(25例)组织标本进行研究。应用RT-PCR和免疫组织化学分别检测标本组织中CIP2A mRNA和蛋白表达情况。结果 CIP2A在前列腺癌组织中的阳性表达率(70%,56/80)明显高于前列腺增生组织(16%,4/25),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),CIP2A在前列腺癌中表达与高Gleason评分、高T分期、淋巴结转移有关,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但CIP2A表达与前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)水平无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论 CIP2A在前列腺癌的发生发展中可能起促进作用,与前列腺癌的发生、分化和淋巴结转移有一定关系,有可能成为判断前列腺癌预后的新标志和临床治疗的新靶点。

Objective To detect the expression of CIP2A of protein phosphatase 2A in prostate cancer tissues and to ex-plore its correlation with prostate cancer clinicopathological parameters. Methods It was collected tissue samples from 80 pa-tients with prostate cancer and 25 patients with prostatichyperplasia to explore further. The expression of CIP2A mRNA and pro-tein were detected by RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rate of CIP2A in prostate cancer tissues (70%, 56/80) was significantly higher than that of benign prostatic hyperplasia tissues(16%,4/25),and there was a statistically signifi-cant difference(P<0.01). Increased expression of CIP2A was more often detected in prostate cancer with high Gleason scoring, advanced T stage,lymph node metastasis. It showed statistical significance in difference(P<0.05). It was detected that CIP2A ex-pressionhad rare correlation with PSA concentration(P>0.05). Conclusion CIP2A may play an important role in carcinogene-sis and progression of prostate cancer. The expression of CIP2A has a certain relationship with tumorigenesis ,differentiation and lymph node metastasis. CIP2A may be a sign for prognosis and new target for clinical treatment and of prostate cancer.
