目的：观察吉非替尼联合放化疗治疗肺癌脑转移的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择2013年1—4月第四军医大学唐都医院收治的98例肺癌脑转移患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组49例。观察组患者给予吉非替尼联合放化疗治疗，对照组患者给予放化疗治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效及毒副作用发生情况。结果观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组（u=1.720，P<0.05）。两组患者毒副作用发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（χ2=0.173，P>0.05）。结论吉非替尼联合放化疗治疗肺癌脑转移临床疗效确切，且不增加毒副作用。
목적：관찰길비체니연합방화료치료폐암뇌전이적림상료효급안전성。방법선택2013년1—4월제사군의대학당도의원수치적98례폐암뇌전이환자，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조49례。관찰조환자급여길비체니연합방화료치료，대조조환자급여방화료치료。비교량조환자림상료효급독부작용발생정황。결과관찰조환자림상료효우우대조조（u=1.720，P<0.05）。량조환자독부작용발생솔비교，차이무통계학의의（χ2=0.173，P>0.05）。결론길비체니연합방화료치료폐암뇌전이림상료효학절，차불증가독부작용。
Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of gefitinib combined with chemoradiotherapy on lung cancer with brain metastasis. Methods From January to April in 2013,a total of 98 lung cancer patients with brain metastasis were selected in Tangdu Hospital of the Fourth Military Medical University,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each of 49 cases. Patients of control group were treated with chemoradiotherapy, while patients of observation group were treated with gefitinib combined with chemoradiotherapy. Curative effect,incidence of toxic and side effect were compared between the two groups. Results The curative effect of observation group was better than that of control group (u=1. 720,P<0. 05). No statistically significant differences of incidence of toxic and side effect was found between the two groups(χ2 =0. 173,P>0. 05). Conclusion Gefitinib combined with chemoradiotherapy has certain curative effect on lung cancer with brain metastasis,without increasing the risk of toxic and side effect.
