中国的改革正寻求国家治理的现代化转型，要达成这一改革目标，意味着一系列的解构与重构、变革与发展。具体到政治领域，其逻辑展开至少应包含以下三个方面的调整与转向：在国家治理理念维度，要实现从权威至上到法治至上的转变；在国家治理方式维度，要实现国家自主性扩张到国家权力主动让渡的转变；在国家与社会关系的维度，要实现从行政吸纳社会向多元协商民主的转变。

China’s reform is seeking state governance modernization ,and it means a series of deconstruction and reconstruction ,change and development to achieve the goal .Specific to the political field ,the logical innovation should at least include adjustment and redirection in three aspects as following :the supremacy of authority turning into the supremacy of rule of law in the state governance concept dimension ;the expansion of state autonomy turning into ceding state power initiatively to society in the ways of state governance dimension ;"admin‐istrative absorption of society”turning into multiple deliberative democracy in the relationship between state and society dimension .
