腰椎间盘突出症是纤维环破裂后髓核组织压迫腰骶脊神经根造成腰腿痛为主要临床表现的疾病，是目前骨科常见的疾病之一，其诊断主要依靠临床体征与影像学诊断。本文阐述了目前临床上常用或较前沿的影像学技术在腰椎间盘突出症诊断中的应用价值以及其相应的优缺点，分析了影像学检查在腰椎间盘突出症诊断中的发展趋势。

Lumbar disk herniation is a disease with the main clinical manifestation of having the pain in waist and lower extremities, which is due to the oppression of lumbosacral spinal nerves by the nucleus pulposus released from the broken fibrous ring. As one of the most common diseases being treated by the Department of Orthopaedics, its diagnosis mainly relies on the clinical signs and imaging diagnosis. The paper elaborated the application value for the clinically common and relatively advanced radiological technology used currently in the diagnosis of the protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc, as well as the corresponding advantages and disadvantages of it. The developing trend for imaging examination in diagnosing the protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc was also analyzed in this paper.
