目前肾输尿管根治性切除术仍是上尿路皮癌治疗的金标准。近年来，研究报道大多数上尿路肿瘤（约70%）为低分期、低分级肿瘤，因此为了避免造成过度治疗，对于术后能够接受严格的长期随访的低分期、低分级上尿路上皮癌患者同样可以行保肾手术治疗，并能取得较好的临床效果；现将近年来新的诊疗进展状况进行综述。

Radical nephroureterectomy with excision of a bladder cuff (RNU) remain the gold standard for the treatment of upper tract urothelial carcinomas (UTUCs). In the present, study shows most of UTUCs (70%) is low-stage and low-grade, so in order to avoiding the overtreatment, these patients should also be considered to take nephron-sparing measures and will obtain well clinical effect if they accept strict surveillance protocols after operation. This article made a review about the new clinic diagnosis and treatment in recent years for low-stage and low-grade UTUCs.
