随着我国城镇化进度的推进，异地就医即时结算已经成为解决流动劳动力医疗卫生服务可及性的关键，也是新型农村合作医疗乃至整个医疗保险行业发展的必然趋势。全国各地均在积极探索适合当地发展的即时结算模式，并取得了一定成绩和经验，本文以理论为基础，从结算模式、技术手段、实施政策和保险模式角度分析了我国部分地区新农合即时结算的发展现状，并结合国外发展经验，提出了我国在即时结算中的问题以及建议。

Along with the urbanization of China,immediate settlement on ecdemic medical care has become crucial for the access to medical care for floating labor force,and it is also an inevitable trend for new rural cooperative medical system (NRCMS)and even the whole health insurance industry. Positive endeavor has been made to explore immediate settlement models suitable for local conditions across China,and some achievements were already made. Based on related theories of immediate settlement,this article analyzed the development status of NRCMS immediate settlement in some regions of China from the perspectives of settlement model,technology,policy and insurance model. And then,drawing on the experience abroad, we discovered the problems in the immediate settlement of China and put forward suggestions accordingly.
