通过对物体表面缺陷的研究,提出一种新的缺陷检测方法。该方法首先利用Gabor滤波器组得到多尺度多方向的滤波图像,通过代价函数选取缺陷与非缺陷局部反差最大的图像通道作为最优滤波通道,在最优通道上用LBP算子进一步提取局部特征,最后用支持向量机对其进行分类检测。该方法应用于织布瑕疵和钕磁铁表面缺陷检测,与传统的Gabor滤波器等表面缺陷检测方法相比,具有更高的检测率。

Based on the research of the object surface defect,a new defect detection method is proposed. Firstly,the fil?tered images of multi?scale and multi?direction are got by Gabor filters. Then by setting the proper cost function,the channel whose filtered image of the parts of defection with non?defection is most obvious contrast as the optimal filter channel,in which LBP operator is used to extract the further object local feature of the image. Finally the support vector machine is used to classi?fy the features. The experimental results show that applied this method to the detection of fabric defects and neodymium magnets surface,the recognition rate of the proposed method is higher than other surface defect detection methods by using traditional Gabor filters.
