目的:介绍一种新型经桡动脉途径脑血管造影导管,观察其有效性和安全性。方法选择2013年8月—2014年8月在中国人民解放军第二炮兵总医院接受经桡动脉途径脑血管造影术的患者75例,根据所用导管分为对照组38例和试验组37例。对照组患者采用SimmonsⅢ导管完成脑血管造影,试验组患者采用新型经桡动脉途径脑血管造影导管完成脑血管造影。观察两组患者桡动脉穿刺成功率、动脉插管成功率、造影时间、曝光时间、并发症情况。结果两组患者桡动脉穿刺成功率均为100%。两组患者右椎动脉、右颈总动脉、左颈总动脉插管成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组患者左椎动脉插管成功率高于对照组,造影时间及曝光时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。造影过程中及造影完成后两组患者均未出现颅内动脉栓塞、穿刺出血等并发症。结论新型经桡动脉途径脑血管造影导管可提高脑血管造影超选择插管成功率,缩短造影时间及曝光时间,有效性及安全性较高。
目的:介紹一種新型經橈動脈途徑腦血管造影導管,觀察其有效性和安全性。方法選擇2013年8月—2014年8月在中國人民解放軍第二砲兵總醫院接受經橈動脈途徑腦血管造影術的患者75例,根據所用導管分為對照組38例和試驗組37例。對照組患者採用SimmonsⅢ導管完成腦血管造影,試驗組患者採用新型經橈動脈途徑腦血管造影導管完成腦血管造影。觀察兩組患者橈動脈穿刺成功率、動脈插管成功率、造影時間、曝光時間、併髮癥情況。結果兩組患者橈動脈穿刺成功率均為100%。兩組患者右椎動脈、右頸總動脈、左頸總動脈插管成功率比較,差異無統計學意義(P>0.05);試驗組患者左椎動脈插管成功率高于對照組,造影時間及曝光時間短于對照組(P<0.05)。造影過程中及造影完成後兩組患者均未齣現顱內動脈栓塞、穿刺齣血等併髮癥。結論新型經橈動脈途徑腦血管造影導管可提高腦血管造影超選擇插管成功率,縮短造影時間及曝光時間,有效性及安全性較高。
목적:개소일충신형경뇨동맥도경뇌혈관조영도관,관찰기유효성화안전성。방법선택2013년8월—2014년8월재중국인민해방군제이포병총의원접수경뇨동맥도경뇌혈관조영술적환자75례,근거소용도관분위대조조38례화시험조37례。대조조환자채용SimmonsⅢ도관완성뇌혈관조영,시험조환자채용신형경뇨동맥도경뇌혈관조영도관완성뇌혈관조영。관찰량조환자뇨동맥천자성공솔、동맥삽관성공솔、조영시간、폭광시간、병발증정황。결과량조환자뇨동맥천자성공솔균위100%。량조환자우추동맥、우경총동맥、좌경총동맥삽관성공솔비교,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);시험조환자좌추동맥삽관성공솔고우대조조,조영시간급폭광시간단우대조조(P<0.05)。조영과정중급조영완성후량조환자균미출현로내동맥전새、천자출혈등병발증。결론신형경뇨동맥도경뇌혈관조영도관가제고뇌혈관조영초선택삽관성공솔,축단조영시간급폭광시간,유효성급안전성교고。
Objective To introduce a novel catheter for transradial cerebral angiography,to observe its availability and safety. Methods From August 2013 to August 2014,a total of 75 patients undergoing transradial cerebral angiography were selected in the Second Artillery General Hospital of Chinese People′s Liberation Army,and they were divided into control group (n=38)and experiment group(n=37)according to the catheter types. Patients of control group used SimmonsⅢ catheter to complete the cerebral angiography, while patients of experiment group used the novel catheter to complete the cerebral angiography. Success rate of radial artery puncture, success rate of artery intubation, angiography time, exposure time and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of radial artery puncture of the both groups was 100%. No statistically significant differences of success rate of right -side vertebral artery intubation,right -side common carotid artery intubation or left-side common carotid artery intubation was found between the two groups(P>0. 05). The success rate of left - side vertebral artery intubation of experiment group was higher than that of control group, while angiography time and exposure time were shorter than those of control group ( P<0. 05 ). No one of the two groups occurred intracranial arterial embolizations or puncture bleeding during and after angiography. Conclusion The novel catheter for transradial cerebral angiography can effectively improve the success rate of superselective catheterization,shorten the angiography time and exposure time,is with good availability and safety.
