针对汽车发动机电控系统结构的复杂性,提出用BP神经网络进行故障诊断的方法。以北京现代05款途胜G4GC型发动机电控系统为实验,并对其进行故障设置,采集发动机故障数据流,运用BP神经网络构建诊断模型,并且改变BP训练方法。诊断结果表明用BP神经网络诊断发动机电控系统故障是行之有效的,具有较好的应用前景。

Since the complexity structure in electronic control system of the automobile engine,the method of engine fault diagnosis based on BP neural network is put forward. The electronic control system of Beijing Hyundai Tucson 05 G4GC engine as the experiment example,firstly some fault assumptions are set up,and the fault data flow of engine is collected,then a fault diagnosis model is built by BP neural network and BP training method is changed. The diagnosis result shows that it is effective to apply BP neural network to diagnose faults in engine electronic control system,and has better application prospect.
