东京备忘录新检查机制（New Inspection Regime ，以下简称NIR）于2014年1月1日生效。相比过去的检查机制，东京备忘录N IR在选船机制、船舶风险评估、检查窗口设置等方面都有较大的改变。新检查机制的实施，对我国航运企业绩效及其船队风险将会带来一定的影响。
東京備忘錄新檢查機製（New Inspection Regime ，以下簡稱NIR）于2014年1月1日生效。相比過去的檢查機製，東京備忘錄N IR在選船機製、船舶風險評估、檢查窗口設置等方麵都有較大的改變。新檢查機製的實施，對我國航運企業績效及其船隊風險將會帶來一定的影響。
동경비망록신검사궤제（New Inspection Regime ，이하간칭NIR）우2014년1월1일생효。상비과거적검사궤제，동경비망록N IR재선선궤제、선박풍험평고、검사창구설치등방면도유교대적개변。신검사궤제적실시，대아국항운기업적효급기선대풍험장회대래일정적영향。
TOKYO‐MOU New Inspection Regime (hereinafter referred to as the NIR) takes effect on January 1 ,2014 .Compared with the past inspection mechanism ,alterations has been made in ship selection mechanism ,ship risks assessment ,and checking of window set‐ting .The implementation of the new inspection mechanism will bring certain influence on the performance of the shipping enterprises in our country and its fleet risks .
