党的十八以来，中央对党风廉政建设工作提出了更高的要求。本文从提升能力、严明纪律、明确责任、强化措施等四个方面进行了分析，提出了新形势下开展党风廉政建设工作必须抓学习、抓整改、抓制度、抓落实，为改革发展提供有力的纪律保障。

Since the eighteenth National congress of the communist party of china ,the central committee has set forth higher requirements for the construction of the Party's working style and a clean administration .This paper analyzes the solution from four parts :improving abil‐ity ,enhancing discipline , defining responsibility , and strengthening measure . Under the new situation ,it is necessary to study thoroughly ,grasp rectification ,perfect system and enforce implementation which provide powerful discipline guarantee for reform and opening up .
