在强调工学结合的高职教育环境下,高职大英教师的专业发展面临专业边缘化、课程边缘化、数字化学习、缺乏企业经历等挑战。高职大英教师应以提升人文精神促进自身的专业情意健全,以反思性实践引领教学研,组建教学团队,成为数字化教师,发展复合化为路径,来推动自身专业发展。
在彊調工學結閤的高職教育環境下,高職大英教師的專業髮展麵臨專業邊緣化、課程邊緣化、數字化學習、缺乏企業經歷等挑戰。高職大英教師應以提升人文精神促進自身的專業情意健全,以反思性實踐引領教學研,組建教學糰隊,成為數字化教師,髮展複閤化為路徑,來推動自身專業髮展。

As vocational colleges emphasize background of learning‐working combination , college English teachers are facing such challenges as marginalization of their specialty and course ,e‐learning ,lack of enterprise experience and so on in their professional development . In order to promote their professional development ,college English teachers should adopt the following approaches :enhancing their humanistic spirit to further professional affection , leading their teaching and researching with reflective practice ,building their teaching teams , becoming digital teachers ,and compound developing .
