国内生产的预应力刻痕钢丝由于原材料、生产工艺、稳定化热处理技术等条件的限制,强度、塑性、松弛、平直度等指标与国际标准有相当大的差距。本工艺主要是通过采用双张紧轮稳定化处理新技术、钢丝定径刻痕新技术、刻痕刀头冷却技术、可调节式导入管收线技术等一系列创新技术,使高性能预应力钢丝的抗拉强度、伸长率、反复弯曲次数、松弛率等多项性能指标有了显著提高。
國內生產的預應力刻痕鋼絲由于原材料、生產工藝、穩定化熱處理技術等條件的限製,彊度、塑性、鬆弛、平直度等指標與國際標準有相噹大的差距。本工藝主要是通過採用雙張緊輪穩定化處理新技術、鋼絲定徑刻痕新技術、刻痕刀頭冷卻技術、可調節式導入管收線技術等一繫列創新技術,使高性能預應力鋼絲的抗拉彊度、伸長率、反複彎麯次數、鬆弛率等多項性能指標有瞭顯著提高。
국내생산적예응력각흔강사유우원재료、생산공예、은정화열처리기술등조건적한제,강도、소성、송이、평직도등지표여국제표준유상당대적차거。본공예주요시통과채용쌍장긴륜은정화처리신기술、강사정경각흔신기술、각흔도두냉각기술、가조절식도입관수선기술등일계렬창신기술,사고성능예응력강사적항랍강도、신장솔、반복만곡차수、송이솔등다항성능지표유료현저제고。
Because of the restriction in raw material , production process , stabilized heat treatment technology and other conditions ,strength ,plasticity ,relaxation ,straightness in‐dex of the pre‐stressed steel wire produced domestically can hardly meet the international standard .The processing technology discussed in this essay significantly improves the tensile strength ,elongation ,repeated bending times and relaxation rate of the high performance pre‐stressed steel wire by using the dual tensioning w heel stabilizing technology ,wire sizing notch technology ,nick cutter head cooling technology ,adjustable inlet pipe winding technol‐ogy and a series of innovative technology .
