仁爱是一种爱己爱人并由此推广到爱民爱国爱天下的普爱精神。教师之仁爱是教师将普遍之仁爱化为对教育和学生之仁爱并经由学生得以表现和实现的教育性仁爱精神。仁爱为教师专业发展提供坚实的哲学基础、不竭的动力和高层次的境界，对教师专业发展具有重要的基础性作用。应加强教师德性修养，创建仁爱型校园文化，建设灵活开放的教师专业发展体系，以弘扬仁爱精神，促进教师专业发展。

Kindheartedness is the spirit of love that one loves oneself and spreads to others, his country and even the whole world.A teacher’s kindheartedness is the spirit of love that the teacher transforms general kindheartedness to educational kindheartedness towards education and students and is exhibited and actual-ized through students.Kindheartedness provides a solid philosophic basis, persisting motivation and high level state for teacher’s professional development.In order to promote teacher’s professional develop-ment, we should take measures such as carrying forward the spirit of kindheartedness, enforcing teacher’s moral cultivation, founding a kindhearted-styled school culture, and establishing opening and elastic teacher’s professional developing system.
