我国当下的师范教育存在几个亟待改进的问题：一是师范院校的师范教育特色受到不同程度的弱化，二是存在重视在职培训轻视师范生培养的倾向，三是培养高校师资的师范教育制度严重缺失，四是师范生培养过程的协同合作机制仍未很好形成，五是定向免费师范生教育存在明显制度缺陷。因此，应对我国现行的师范教育制度进行体系性改革。
我國噹下的師範教育存在幾箇亟待改進的問題：一是師範院校的師範教育特色受到不同程度的弱化，二是存在重視在職培訓輕視師範生培養的傾嚮，三是培養高校師資的師範教育製度嚴重缺失，四是師範生培養過程的協同閤作機製仍未很好形成，五是定嚮免費師範生教育存在明顯製度缺陷。因此，應對我國現行的師範教育製度進行體繫性改革。
아국당하적사범교육존재궤개극대개진적문제：일시사범원교적사범교육특색수도불동정도적약화，이시존재중시재직배훈경시사범생배양적경향，삼시배양고교사자적사범교육제도엄중결실，사시사범생배양과정적협동합작궤제잉미흔호형성，오시정향면비사범생교육존재명현제도결함。인차，응대아국현행적사범교육제도진행체계성개혁。
There are several burning problems existing in current normal education: firstly, weakening characteristics of normal education in normal colleges and universities;secondly, the tendency of empha-sizing in-service training and neglecting the cultivation of normal students is not optimistic;thirdly, severe shortage of normal education system in training teachers in colleges and universities; fourthly, not-well-formed cooperative mechanisms of cultivating normal students;fifthly, obvious system defect in directional free normal education.T herefore, the current normal education system should be systemically reformed.
