目的：分析60例不典型肺结核患者X线表现，减少漏诊误诊。方法回顾性分析2011年2月—2013年8月在东莞市第六人民医院收治的60例不典型肺结核患者的X线检查结果。结果60例不典型肺结核患者中，经X线检出52例，X线检出率为86.7%。X线表现：13例患者可见肺下叶小斑片状影，12例患者肺门或纵隔可见孤立性肿块，11例患者可见中、下肺叶或舌叶大片状阴影，8例患者肺门外或下方可见模糊、紊乱纹理或多条索状影及结节，6例患者可见双肺多发结节，5例患者肺内肿块直径>4 cm，5例患者可见厚壁大空洞。结论不典型肺结核的病理生理过程较为复杂，缺少特异性临床表现，X线表现不典型，临床上应注意与相关疾病进行鉴别诊断。
목적：분석60례불전형폐결핵환자X선표현，감소루진오진。방법회고성분석2011년2월—2013년8월재동완시제륙인민의원수치적60례불전형폐결핵환자적X선검사결과。결과60례불전형폐결핵환자중，경X선검출52례，X선검출솔위86.7%。X선표현：13례환자가견폐하협소반편상영，12례환자폐문혹종격가견고립성종괴，11례환자가견중、하폐협혹설협대편상음영，8례환자폐문외혹하방가견모호、문란문리혹다조색상영급결절，6례환자가견쌍폐다발결절，5례환자폐내종괴직경>4 cm，5례환자가견후벽대공동。결론불전형폐결핵적병리생리과정교위복잡，결소특이성림상표현，X선표현불전형，림상상응주의여상관질병진행감별진단。
Objective To analyze the X-ray findings of 60 atypical tuberculosis patients,to avoid misdiagnoses. Methods a total of 60 atypical tuberculosis patients were selected in the Sixth People′s Hospital of Dongguan from February 2011 to August 2013,and their X-ray findings were retrospectively analyzed. Results The detection rate of X -ray on atypical tuberculosis was 86. 7%,the X-ray findings including:13 cases with small patchy shadow of pulmonary inferior lobe,12 cases with isolated mass of hilus pulmonis and mediastinum,11 cases of big patchy shadow of pulmonary middle and inferior lobe or lingular segment,8 cases with dim,mussy,multi -funicular shadow and nodules,6 cases with multi - nodules of double lungs,5 cases with over 4 cm pulmonary mass,5 cases with big thick-wall hollow. Conclusion The pathological process of atypical tuberculosis is complex,and its clinical features and X -ray findings are non -specific,which should be pay more attention to distinguish with related diseases.
