随着城市的发展,各种大型商业设施越来越多。针对解决这些建筑的沉降观测问题并使其与施工顺序相协调的问题,本文简要介绍了沉降观测的精度设计方法与相应方法的选择,提出了在主体施工阶段分区段可采取观测并提供成果的方式,并对变形缝两侧结构如何布点及验算进行了有益尝试。

With the development of city ,many kinds of large commercial facilities are growing rapidly . How to solve the problem of settlement observation for large commercial facilities construction and its coordinating with construction sequence is becoming very important .This paper briefly introduces the design method of the settlement observation precision and the selection of observation methods ,and puts forward the method of the section observation and provide results in the main stage of construction ,and also do some beneficial attempts for how to layout and check on both sides of the structure .
