通过对某海上油田三相分离器进行现场调研,结合 X 射线衍射分析、硬度测试及阴极保护模拟计算对其罐体出现腐蚀和焊缝开裂的原因进行分析。结果表明:造成分离器罐体内壁底部腐蚀的主要原因是涂层与阴极保护失效状态下的 CO2腐蚀、H2 S 腐蚀和典型的垢下腐蚀;焊缝开裂原因主要在于焊缝补焊后未进行热处理,局部硬度过高发生硫化物应力腐蚀开裂。

통과대모해상유전삼상분리기진행현장조연,결합 X 사선연사분석、경도측시급음겁보호모의계산대기관체출현부식화한봉개렬적원인진행분석。결과표명:조성분리기관체내벽저부부식적주요원인시도층여음겁보호실효상태하적 CO2부식、H2 S 부식화전형적구하부식;한봉개렬원인주요재우한봉보한후미진행열처리,국부경도과고발생류화물응력부식개렬。
The reasons of bottom corrosion and weld-cracking of a three-phase separator tank were investigated via in situ investigation,X-ray diffraction analysis,hardness testing and cathodic protection simulation calculation.The results showed that the main causes of the separator tank bottom corrosion were CO2 corrosion,H2 S corrosion and typical under-deposit corrosion while the coating and cathodic protection failed to protect the steel wall.The main reason of the cracking near the weld seam was induced by sulfide stress corrosion cracking under the combination effect of too-high local hardness and lack of suitable heat treatment after welding repair process.
