This paper researches the employment of the students majoring in business English in higher voca-tional colleges,analyzes the malpractice existing in the original cultivation mechanism of this major,probes into its development prospect and paths,and puts forward targeted reform measures,attempting to better construct and develop the major of business English in higher vocational colleges,to bring up qualified and practical talents of business English for enterprises,and finally improve the students'employment rate.
