Receiving antenna is an important component of GNSS signal receivers, and it is the entrance of the GNSS signals into the receivers. The microstrip antenna has the following characteristics:very easy manufacturing, a thin lfat shape, ease realizing circularly polarized wave, hemispherical directional pattern and wide frequency band. Therefore the microstrip antenna becomes a preferred receiving antenna of GNSS signal receivers. This paper carries out the brief discussion on this.
