防空旅战斗保障体系效能的好坏将影响旅防空作战能力的发挥。结合防空旅实际情况,建立防空旅战斗保障体系的效能评估指标体系,提出一种基于灰色定权聚类和中心点三角白化权函数的防空旅战斗保障体系效能灰色聚类评估方法,并通过算例对该方法的有效性进行检验。结果表明:与传统方法相比,该方法具有所需信息量小、计算过程简单等特点,可大大简化指标间复杂的横向比较,是有效、可行的。

Good or bad effectiveness of the air defense brigade combat support system will affect the operation of the brigade air defense combat capability. Combined with air defense brigade actual situation, established effectiveness evaluation index system of air defense brigade combat support, and give gray clustering evaluation method of air defense brigade combat support system effectiveness based on gray fixed weight clustering and whitening weight function of center point triangle. The method’s effectiveness has been tested through an example. The result shows that compared with traditional methods, the method used in air defense brigade combat support effectiveness assessment has the features such as small amount of information, simple calculation process, and so on, and it can greatly simplify the complex characteristics of lateral comparison indicators. The method is feasible and effective.
