本文论述了铟生产过程中萃取工序贫化有机相洗涤工艺调整及装置改进,将贫化有机相处理方法由碱洗-酸洗方式改为酸洗-碱洗-酸洗。有机相第一次酸洗采用硫酸,主要目的是回收贫化有机相中夹带的铟等金属离子,以免在用氢氧化钠进行碱洗时铟随着PH值的增加而发生水解进入渣中,造成金属流失。有机相第二次酸洗仍采用硫酸,更加净化了有机相,提高了有机相纯度。同时根据研发调整后工艺改进相应的洗涤设备,在洗涤贫化有机相时尽可能地回收铟,避免铟随着碱渣流失造成损耗,直接提高精铟回收率。
本文論述瞭銦生產過程中萃取工序貧化有機相洗滌工藝調整及裝置改進,將貧化有機相處理方法由堿洗-痠洗方式改為痠洗-堿洗-痠洗。有機相第一次痠洗採用硫痠,主要目的是迴收貧化有機相中夾帶的銦等金屬離子,以免在用氫氧化鈉進行堿洗時銦隨著PH值的增加而髮生水解進入渣中,造成金屬流失。有機相第二次痠洗仍採用硫痠,更加淨化瞭有機相,提高瞭有機相純度。同時根據研髮調整後工藝改進相應的洗滌設備,在洗滌貧化有機相時儘可能地迴收銦,避免銦隨著堿渣流失造成損耗,直接提高精銦迴收率。

This article discusses the method and device of cleansing depleted organic phase in the process of the extraction step of the production process of indium. By alkaline washing-acid pickling converts to acid pickling- alkaline washing-acid pickling. First stage using sulfuric acid is to recover depleted organic phase entrainment of indium and other metal ions,meanwhile,refraining from more indium into the caustic sludge along with the increase of pH value when adding caustic soda. Second use of sulfuric acid pickling is to improve purity and get more purified organic phase. The implementation of the method and device can as far as possible retrieve indium in depleted organic phase and directly improve the recovery of indium.
