采取问卷调查的方法,随机抽取海口市24所幼儿园465名幼儿教师就其主观幸福感及职业倦怠状况进行调查研究。研究结果显示:海口市幼儿教师主观幸福感良好,但呈现一定的职业倦怠倾向。海口市幼儿教师主观幸福感与职业倦怠呈负相关,且职业倦怠能预测其主观幸福感。
採取問捲調查的方法,隨機抽取海口市24所幼兒園465名幼兒教師就其主觀倖福感及職業倦怠狀況進行調查研究。研究結果顯示:海口市幼兒教師主觀倖福感良好,但呈現一定的職業倦怠傾嚮。海口市幼兒教師主觀倖福感與職業倦怠呈負相關,且職業倦怠能預測其主觀倖福感。

Selecting 465 kindergarten teachers in 24 kindergartens of Haikou as the survey targets and adopt-ing the research method of questionnaire survey on the subjective well-being and job burnout of the kinder-garten teachers in the Haikou city, this paper reaches the conclusion as the followings:the kindergarten teach-ers in the Haikou city embrace well-being in a relatively high level, meanwhile they are also observed to the trend of job burnout in a certain level. Negative correlation obviously tempts to be existed between the subjec-tive Well-Being and job burnout of the kindergarten teachers in the Haikou city. Furthermore, the job burnout can predicate the subjective well-being.
