借助手持式三维激光扫描仪REVscan对汽车转向节进行扫描,得到转向节的点云数据并导入Geomagic Studio软件进行点云和多边形处理;基于NURBS曲面重构技术,对转向节多边形数据进行曲面拟合和质量分析。结果表明:通过 NURBS 曲面重构技术可快速改进产品原型,为汽车转向节开发提供了重要途径。

The point clouds data of steering knuckle were obtained with a hand-held laser scanner REVscan and the point clouds and polygon model were processed with the Geomagic Studio software. Based on the NURBS surface reconstruction technology, the polygon model data of steering knuckle were fitted with curved surface and the fitting curved surface quality was analyzed. The results show that NURBS surface reconstruction technology can improve product prototypes quickly and provide an important way for developing automotive steering knuckles.
