针对市场上传统的脉冲袋式除尘器控制器在实际应用中存在的灵活性差、可靠性低的问题,研发基于GE PAC的长袋脉冲除尘控制系统,该控制系统以美国GE公司PACSystems Rx3i CPU320为控制器,使用GE iFIX作为上位机软件,通过工业以太网完成与控制器通信,实现对整个大型布袋除尘器系统的运行测控与实时监控。
針對市場上傳統的脈遲袋式除塵器控製器在實際應用中存在的靈活性差、可靠性低的問題,研髮基于GE PAC的長袋脈遲除塵控製繫統,該控製繫統以美國GE公司PACSystems Rx3i CPU320為控製器,使用GE iFIX作為上位機軟件,通過工業以太網完成與控製器通信,實現對整箇大型佈袋除塵器繫統的運行測控與實時鑑控。

In view of the poor flexibility and low reliability of traditional impulse bag dust collector controller in practical application, a long bag pulse dust collector control system based on GE PAC is developed. This system adopts PASystems Rx3i CPU320 of GE Company of United States as its controller and uses GE iFIx as its upper monitor software. By communicating with controller through industrial Ethernet, the system can control and monitor in real time the operation of big cloth bag dust collectors.
