TiO2%composite membrane%photochemical catalysis
针对TiO2单独使用时存在吸附性差、易聚集、重复利用率低等问题,通过流延法制备了TiO2/聚乙烯醇( PVA)-壳聚糖( CS)复合膜,用XRD、IR 及SEM 对复合膜进行了结构形貌表征,并测量了其拉伸强度和断裂伸长率,同时以甲基橙为模型物,研究了复合膜在紫外光照下催化其降解的性能。结果表明:TiO2的加入使复合膜的羟基峰向低波数移动,但不改变其X-射线衍射峰,却使其拉伸强度和断裂伸长率增大。同时 TiO2与 PVA、CS 相容性较好;紫外光作用下,有利于降解反应的进行,复合膜光催化甲基橙降解反应基本符合一级动力学方程,降解效果良好。

침대TiO2단독사용시존재흡부성차、역취집、중복이용솔저등문제,통과류연법제비료TiO2/취을희순( PVA)-각취당( CS)복합막,용XRD、IR 급SEM 대복합막진행료결구형모표정,병측량료기랍신강도화단렬신장솔,동시이갑기등위모형물,연구료복합막재자외광조하최화기강해적성능。결과표명:TiO2적가입사복합막적간기봉향저파수이동,단불개변기X-사선연사봉,각사기랍신강도화단렬신장솔증대。동시 TiO2여 PVA、CS 상용성교호;자외광작용하,유리우강해반응적진행,복합막광최화갑기등강해반응기본부합일급동역학방정,강해효과량호。
Since TiO2 displays its disadvantages in poor adsorption, easy aggregation, and low-usage rate when used alone, the TiO2/PVA-CS composite membrane was prepared by flow coasting, and characterized by XRD, FTIR and SEM. The tensile strength and the elongation at break of the membrane were determined. The removal of methyl orange by composite membrane was studied under UV irradiation. The result showed that the composite membrane had an Einstein shift without change of diffraction peak by the adding of TiO2 , the tensile strength and the elongation at break were strengthened. TiO2 exhibited good compatibility with PVA and CS. The composite membrane showed good photocatalytic properties under UV irradiation, and the photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange on the composite membrane fits in with the first-order kinetic order.
