研究了以微波消解仪消解处理、石墨炉原子吸收分光光度计测定胶囊中铬含量的方法。结果表明加标回收率为93?4%~104?8%,检出限为0?0258μg/L。

The methods of determination of chromium in capsule were studied with microwave digestion of samples and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry in the article. The results showed that the recovery was between 93.4% and 104.8% and the detection limit 0.0258 μg/L.
