采用5种不同预处理方法对新鲜和干燥的富贵籽种子进行处理；用7种不同介质对新鲜富贵籽种子进行无菌萌发及幼苗培养。结果表明：新鲜的成熟种子与干燥的成熟种子经过相同的处理后其发芽参数基本无显著差异，新鲜种子直接剥除果肉后即达到较好的发芽效果，而干燥种子在剥除果肉后还要浸种或经NaOH处理后方可；最适合富贵籽种子无菌萌发的培养介质是无菌水＋滤纸和无菌水＋珍珠岩；1／2MS 固体培养基中无菌幼苗的鲜重显著高于其他培养介质。

Five pretreatment ways are used to treat dry and fresh seeds of ardisia crenata and seven media used to help the seeds’ sterile germination and the nursing of seedling. The results show that there is basically no difference in germination between fresh and ripe seeds and dry and ripe ones when subjected to same treatment. The fresh seeds show a good germination after removing their flesh while the germination of dry seeds needs soaking or a NaOH treatment. The best medium for sterile germination of ardisia crenata is sterile water and filter paper or sterile water and perlite. The fresh weight of sterile seedling in 1/2MS solid medium is obviously higher than other culture media.
