考察热风干燥温度对缢蛏复原率的影响,研究缢蛏在40、50、60℃下的热风干燥规律,实验表明,在热风干燥温度为60℃时缢蛏干复原率最大达到42?3%,缢蛏的热风干燥符合page模型。
攷察熱風榦燥溫度對縊蟶複原率的影響,研究縊蟶在40、50、60℃下的熱風榦燥規律,實驗錶明,在熱風榦燥溫度為60℃時縊蟶榦複原率最大達到42?3%,縊蟶的熱風榦燥符閤page模型。

The recovery rate of Sinonovacula constricta influenced by the hot air drying temperature and hot air drying characteristics of Sinonovacula constricta in 40, 50, 60℃ respectively were examined. Experimental results showed that Sinonovacula constricta recovery rate reaches a maximum of 42.3% in 60 ℃ and Sinonovacula constricta hot air drying conforms to page model.
