以柴葛根为原料,比较了乙醇提取法、超声波辅助提取法、微波辅助提取法三种方法对葛根素的得率的影响,结果表明乙醇提取法得到的葛根素得率最高。在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验进行优化。研究表明,柴葛根中葛根素提取的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度80%,料液比1:6,提取温度32℃,提取时间24 h,葛根素得率达到1.0287%。

The puerarin from Pueraria lobata ohwi was extracted by ethanol extraction, ultrasonic assisted extraction and microwave assisted extraction, The extraction rate of puerarin was the highest by ethanol extraction. According to the analysis of orthogonal experiments, the optimum extraction conditions of Puerarin were showed as follows: ethanol concentration of 80%, solid-liquid ratio of 1:6, extraction temperature of 32℃ and extraction time of 24 h, The extraction rate of puerarin in the above condition was 1.0287%.
