为筛选适用于哲罗鲑受精卵孵化期间能有效防治水霉感染的中药制剂，选取3种自组中药复方和2种单方，采用水煎及醇提法提取其有效成分并进行受精卵消毒试验，通过统计孵化期间的活卵和死卵数量，比较不同提取方法和不同消毒浓度下中药制剂对哲罗鲑受精卵水霉病的防治效果。结果表明，5种中药方剂中，复方B（丁香、黄连、土槿皮等配任）正常消毒剂量组能显著提高受精卵的发眼率，降低水霉菌感染造成的死亡，是一种适用于哲罗鲑受精卵孵化期间防治水霉感染的优秀中药制剂。但应严格保证中药消毒剂的浓度及作用时间，浓度较低时起不到应有的防控作用。

In order to screen effective Chinese herbal formulas against Saprolegniasis during hatching of Hucho taimen,2 Chinese herbs and 3 self?made Chinese herbal compounds were selected and the active ingre?dients were extracted to disinfect the hatching eggs by water decoction and ethanol extraction methods. The effects of different Chinese herbal formulas on preventing and control of Saprolegniasis were then compared and evaluated through counting of the amounts of live and dead eggs.The results indicated that among the five Chi?nese herb formulas,Compound B could significantly improve the eyed rate of fertilized eggs and decrease their mortalities caused by Saprolegnia infection under the normal dosage,which could be used as a good Chinese herbal preparation to prevent and control of Saprolegniasis during the hatching period in Hucho taimen.Howev?er,the concentration, extraction method and operation time of Chinese medical herbs should be strictly con?trolled when used in disinfection of hatching eggs and no effects were detected when the concentration of the Chinese herbal preparation was lower.
