通过在冷轧钢表面进行磷化处理和硅烷化处理,应用极化曲线、硫酸铜点滴和盐水全浸泡测试其耐蚀性能,并对其与有机涂层间的结合力进行评价。结果表明,经硅烷化处理形成的硅烷膜耐蚀性能及与有机涂层间的结合力明显优于未处理的磷化膜。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)显示磷化膜的结构较为疏松,而γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷膜表面致密均匀。
通過在冷軋鋼錶麵進行燐化處理和硅烷化處理,應用極化麯線、硫痠銅點滴和鹽水全浸泡測試其耐蝕性能,併對其與有機塗層間的結閤力進行評價。結果錶明,經硅烷化處理形成的硅烷膜耐蝕性能及與有機塗層間的結閤力明顯優于未處理的燐化膜。掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)顯示燐化膜的結構較為疏鬆,而γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷膜錶麵緻密均勻。

The surface of cold rolled steel was treated by phosphating or silanization.The corrosion resistance and adhesion between organic coating and metal substrates were investigated by linear polarization,CuSO4 dropping and immersion in salt-water.The results showed that the corrosion resistance and adhesion of the film on cold rolled steel treated by silanization were obviously greater than those by phosphating.Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observation indicated that the structure of the phosphate film was relatively loose,and the structure of methacryloxy propyl trimethoxyl silane film was dense and uniform.
