本文研究高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测制药废水中N-N二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)含量的方法。研究结果显示N-N二甲基甲酰胺标准样品在0.2~95mg/L浓度范围内,其峰面积与质量浓度存在良好的线性关系,线性回归系数R2=0.9997,精密度和稳定性实验的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为1.58%、1.63%。制药产业聚集区废水水样中DMF的浓度较低,采用HPLC测定废水中DMF含量,检测制药产业聚集区废水水样中DMF的浓度为0.239mg/L,RSD为1.82%,加标回收率为90.2%~106.6%。此方法具有简便、稳定性好的特点,可以较好地适用于废水中DMF的检测分析。

This article is the study of High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)testing N,N-dimethyl formamide content of the pharmaceutical wastewater. The results showed that the concentration of N,N-dimethyl formamide standard sample in 0.2 ~ 95 mg/L range,had a good linear relationship with the peak area,the linear regression coefficient R2 = 0.9997,the relative standard deviation(RSD)of precision and accuracy experiment was 1.58% and 1.63%. We can see that the concentration of DMF in wastewater samples form the pharmaceutical industry clusters is low. The concentration of DMF in waste -water samples form pharmaceutical industry clusters was 0.239 mg/L, the value of RSD was 1.82%,and the recovery ranged form 90.2% to 106.6%. This method that HPLC tests the content of DMF in wastewater sample,which is simple,quite steady and wel applied to the detection of DMF in wastewater.
