该实验以火鹤品种‘粉冠军’为材料,研究不同浓度的培养液对火鹤幼苗与成苗生长影响,以期获得最适营养液,为火鹤工厂化生产提供理论依据.结果表明:经培养液B (114.357 g/L NH4NO3 50.326 g/LNaH2PO4·2H2O,89.369 g/L K2SO4,405.728 g/L MgSO4·7H2O,210.220 g/L CaCl2·2H2O,3.010 g/L H3BO3,31.190 g/L Na2Fe-EDTA,2.170 g/L MnSO4· 5H2O,0.024 g/L Na2 MoO4·2H2O,0.075 g/L CuSO4·5H2O,0.201 g/L ZnSO4·7H2O)处理的火鹤幼苗生长优于其他配方,但对成苗生长没有显著影响.
