经吉林省教育厅批准，吉林工程技术师范学院牵头建立了由职教师资培养单位、职校毕业生工作单位、职教师资用人单位组成的“吉林省职教教师教育联盟”，即“校企校”联盟，形成了“校企校互融，工学教结合”的职教师资人才培养培训模式。联盟运行以来，在合作育人、提高师资素质、强化实践教学、创新教学方法等方面取得了显著实效。
경길림성교육청비준，길림공정기술사범학원견두건립료유직교사자배양단위、직교필업생공작단위、직교사자용인단위조성적“길림성직교교사교육련맹”，즉“교기교”련맹，형성료“교기교호융，공학교결합”적직교사자인재배양배훈모식。련맹운행이래，재합작육인、제고사자소질、강화실천교학、창신교학방법등방면취득료현저실효。
