目的:探讨 microRNA129(简称 miR129)在胃管状腺瘤、胃脉癌组织及其对应的癌旁组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法收集病理确诊的55例管状腺瘤、76例胃腺癌组织及对应的癌旁组织,分别用原位杂交方法检测miR129的表达,分析 miR129表达与临床病理参数之间的关系。结果癌旁胃黏膜组织中 miR-129的表达阳性率高于胃管状腺瘤组织,胃管状腺瘤组织中 miR-129的表达阳性率高于胃腺癌组织(P <0.05)。miR129在高分化胃癌组织中阳性表达率高于中、低分化组织(P <0.05);临床分期Ⅰ中的阳性表达率高于Ⅲ期;无淋巴结转移组织中的表达阳性率高于有淋巴结转移组织(P <0.05);胃管状腺癌中 miR129阳性率高于弥漫型腺癌(P <0.05)。结论miR129在胃腺癌组织内低表达,发挥着抑癌基因的作用;miR129可作为胃腺癌的判断预后的标志物。

목적:탐토 microRNA129(간칭 miR129)재위관상선류、위맥암조직급기대응적암방조직중적표체급기림상의의。방법수집병리학진적55례관상선류、76례위선암조직급대응적암방조직,분별용원위잡교방법검측miR129적표체,분석 miR129표체여림상병리삼수지간적관계。결과암방위점막조직중 miR-129적표체양성솔고우위관상선류조직,위관상선류조직중 miR-129적표체양성솔고우위선암조직(P <0.05)。miR129재고분화위암조직중양성표체솔고우중、저분화조직(P <0.05);림상분기Ⅰ중적양성표체솔고우Ⅲ기;무림파결전이조직중적표체양성솔고우유림파결전이조직(P <0.05);위관상선암중 miR129양성솔고우미만형선암(P <0.05)。결론miR129재위선암조직내저표체,발휘착억암기인적작용;miR129가작위위선암적판단예후적표지물。
Objective To investigate the expression of miR129 in stomach tubular adenoma,adenocarcinoma and its matched adjacent non-neoplastic tissure for its significance.Methods Fifty-five cases with gastric tubular adenoma,76 cases with gastric adenocarcinoma and matched para-carcinoma tissues were selected into this experiment. Hybridization in situ was carried out to detect the miR-129 expression,and correlation between miR129 and clinical features was analyzed.Results The positive rate of miR-129 expression in para-carcinoma mucosa was significantly higher than that of gastric adenoma,and the positive rate of miR-129 expression in stomach tubular adenoma was significantly higher than that of adenocarcinoma (P <0.05).The positive expression rate of miR-129 in grade Ⅰ was significantly higher than that in grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ (P <0.05);the positive rate of miR-129 in stage Ⅰ was significantly higher than that in stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ (P < 0.05 );the positive rate of miR-129 in the cases without lymphonode metastasis was significantly higher than that of the cases with lymphonode metastasis (P < 0.05 );the positive expression rate of miR-129 in the cases with intestinal type carcinoma was significantly higher than that of the cases with diffuse type (P <0.05).Conclusion Expression of miR129 was down-regulated in gastric adenocarcinoma and it played a role as anti-oncogene;miR129 may act as a promising prognostic biomarker for gastric adenocarcinoma.
