目的：探讨高通量血液透析(HPD)与低通量血液透析(CHD)治疗尿毒症患者的临床疗效。方法尿毒症患者30例，随机分为两组，每组15例，观察组采用高通量透析器治疗尿毒症病人，对照组采用低通量透析器治疗尿毒症病人治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后血尿素氮(BUN)，肌酐(Cr)，β2微球蛋白(β2-mG)、甲状旁腺素(PTH)、血红蛋白(HB)的情况。比较病人血压、社会功能、总体健康等生活质量情况。结果两组患者治疗1年后BUN、Cr水平均显著降低(P<0.05)；两组患者组间BUN、Cr降低程度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗1年后β2-mG、PTH、HB 水平均组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血压、社会功能、总体健康等生活质量情况优于对照组。结论 HPD通过改变透析膜降低长期血液透析患者的并发症，改善和提高其生活质量。
목적：탐토고통량혈액투석(HPD)여저통량혈액투석(CHD)치료뇨독증환자적림상료효。방법뇨독증환자30례，수궤분위량조，매조15례，관찰조채용고통량투석기치료뇨독증병인，대조조채용저통량투석기치료뇨독증병인치료。비교량조환자치료전후혈뇨소담(BUN)，기항(Cr)，β2미구단백(β2-mG)、갑상방선소(PTH)、혈홍단백(HB)적정황。비교병인혈압、사회공능、총체건강등생활질량정황。결과량조환자치료1년후BUN、Cr수평균현저강저(P<0.05)；량조환자조간BUN、Cr강저정도비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。량조환자치료1년후β2-mG、PTH、HB 수평균조간비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。관찰조혈압、사회공능、총체건강등생활질량정황우우대조조。결론 HPD통과개변투석막강저장기혈액투석환자적병발증，개선화제고기생활질량。
Objective Observe of high flux hemodialysis (HPD) and low flux hemodialysis (CHD) for clinical efficacy in the treatment of patients with uremia.Methods 30 cases of uremia patients have been divided into two groups randomly, 15 cases in each group. The observation group with high flux dialyzer in treating uremic patients, the control group using low flux dialyzer in treating uremic patient treatment. Before and after treatment in two groups were compared with BUN, Cr, β2-mG, PTH, HB.Compare with the blood pressure of patient, social function, the quality of life.Results Two patients in treatment group were significantly decreased BUN, Cr levels after 1 years (P<0.05).The two groups of patients between group BUN, the level of Cr decreased and there is no significant difference (P>0.05). The observation group pressure, social function, the overall health quality of life than the control group.Conclusion HPD by changing the dialysis membrane decreased in patients on long-term hemodialysis complications and improve their quality of life.
