目的:探讨血浆前白蛋白( PA)在川崎病(KD)患儿并发冠状动脉损害(CAL)时的变化。方法选择该院2011年10月—2014年9月收治的93例KD患儿,根据超声心动图结果分为冠状动脉损害组(CAL组)和无冠状动脉损害组(nCAL)组,对照组随机选择年龄与性别相匹配的93例呼吸道感染的患儿,年龄、性别与KD组匹配。检测PA水平,比较KD患儿与对照组患儿PA水平,以及CAL组与nCAL组患儿急性期及恢复期PA水平。结果 KD患儿急性期PA水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);CAL组急性期和恢复期PA水平均较nCAL显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PA在川崎病急性期有明显降低,对于预测冠状动脉病变可能具有重要意义。

목적:탐토혈장전백단백( PA)재천기병(KD)환인병발관상동맥손해(CAL)시적변화。방법선택해원2011년10월—2014년9월수치적93례KD환인,근거초성심동도결과분위관상동맥손해조(CAL조)화무관상동맥손해조(nCAL)조,대조조수궤선택년령여성별상필배적93례호흡도감염적환인,년령、성별여KD조필배。검측PA수평,비교KD환인여대조조환인PA수평,이급CAL조여nCAL조환인급성기급회복기PA수평。결과 KD환인급성기PA수평명현저우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.01);CAL조급성기화회복기PA수평균교nCAL현저강저,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론 PA재천기병급성기유명현강저,대우예측관상동맥병변가능구유중요의의。
Obiective To discuss the relation of plasma prealbumin ( PA) and coronary artery lesions( CAL) secondary to Kawasaki disease(KD) in children.Methods In a retrorespective study,93 children with KD admitted in our hospital from 2011 October to 2014 Sptember were enrolled,divided into Coronary artery lesion group (CAL) and non-coronary artery lesions group (nCAL). Randomly selected age and sex-matched 93 cases over the same period in hospital with fever of respiratory infection in children as a control group.The plasma PA levels were determined in KD children in actue and recovery phases.compared with actue upper respiratory tract infection in children during the same period.Results KD children with acute phase plasma PA were decreased,compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01); The plasma PA level of CAL group acute and convalescent were lower than nCAL group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Plasma PA decreased greatly during the process of Kawasaki disease,And it may be of importance in predicting the severity of coronary artery lesions,by using integrated plasma PA.
