介绍了近年来新疆采用水利部推荐的首尾测算分析方法对新疆灌溉水利用系数进行测算的成果，系数值由2007年的0．460逐渐提高到2013年的0．506。其次分析了全疆灌溉水利用系数测算工作现状以及存在的问题，诸如水资源配置不当、盲目追求经济利益而扩大耕地面积导致的环境恶化以及水资源在分配管理上存在的不足等等。最后提出了一些合理的对策及建议。该成果可为今后新疆水土资源的平衡、绿洲农业的可持续发展提供一些参考，对其他省份开展类似工作具有借鉴意义。

This paper introduced the calculation result of irrigation water use coefficient calculated by fore and aft measuring method witch is recommended by The Ministry of water resources in Xinjiang in recent years.The coefficient was increased from 0.460 in 2007 to 0.506 in 2013gradually.Then it analyzed the present situation and problems of calculation work of irrigation water use coefficient in Xinjing such as im-proper allocation of water resources and blind pursuit of economic interests caused environmental degrada -tion due to expanded cultivated land and water resources shortage in distribution management of water re-sources.At last, the reasonable countermeasures and suggestions were put forward .The result can pro-vide reference for the balance of water and soil resources and the sustainable development of oasis agricul -ture in Xinjiang and has significance of reference for other provinces to develop similar work .
