目的：探讨比较对老年股骨转子间骨折患者采用股骨近端锁定板、动力髋螺钉(DHS)、动力髁螺钉(DCS)治疗的临床效果。方法随机选取该院于2011年10月—2014年10月收治的100例老年股骨转子间骨折患者为研究对象，分为观察组(股骨近端锁定板治疗)40例、对照A组(DHS治疗)30例，对照B组(DCS治疗)30例。结果观察组的优良率为92.50%，显著高于对照组A组、对照组B组的73.33%、70.00%，且观察组的并发症发生率为10.00%，显著低于对照组A 组、对照组B 组的30.00%、36.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相对于DHS、DCS固定，对老年股骨转子间骨折患者采用股骨近端锁定板治疗，疗效显著，术后并发症少，值得推广。
목적：탐토비교대노년고골전자간골절환자채용고골근단쇄정판、동력관라정(DHS)、동력과라정(DCS)치료적림상효과。방법수궤선취해원우2011년10월—2014년10월수치적100례노년고골전자간골절환자위연구대상，분위관찰조(고골근단쇄정판치료)40례、대조A조(DHS치료)30례，대조B조(DCS치료)30례。결과관찰조적우량솔위92.50%，현저고우대조조A조、대조조B조적73.33%、70.00%，차관찰조적병발증발생솔위10.00%，현저저우대조조A 조、대조조B 조적30.00%、36.00%，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론상대우DHS、DCS고정，대노년고골전자간골절환자채용고골근단쇄정판치료，료효현저，술후병발증소，치득추엄。
Objective Discussion comparison intertrochanteric femur fractures treated with locking plates, dynamic hip screw (DHS), dynamic condylar screw(DCS) treatment of clinical results. Methods Randomly selected patients with intertrochanteric frac-tures of 100 cases from the hospital in 2011 October to 2014 October were fracture, divided into two groups (treatment of proximal femoral locking plate) 40 patients in the control group A (DHS treatment) 30 patients in the control group B(DCS treatment) of 30 cases. Results Good observation group was 92.50%, 73.33% was significantly higher in group A, group group B, 70.00%, and the observation group was 10.00% complication was significantly lower than the control group A control group 30.00% group B, 36.00%, was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Relative to the DHS, DCS fixed for intertrochanteric femur fractures treated with locking plate treatment, a significant effect, fewer complications, worthy of promotion.
