目的：探讨神经内科癫痫病的临床特点及诊断、治疗方法。方法选取该院神经内科收治的64例癫痫病患者作为研究对象，根据治疗方法的不同，将其分为研究组和对照组（n=32），对照组应用德巴金进行治疗，研究组联合应用德巴金和利必通进行治疗，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组的临床控制率、总有效率均显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；两组的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论神经内科癫痫病发病类型多、临床表现复杂，临床医师在诊断时应结合患者病史、体格检查、临床症状体征及其他辅助检查进行综合判断，以免误诊、漏诊。联合应用利必通、德巴金治疗癫痫病具有显著疗效，但必须严格掌握药物用量及临床适应证。

Objective To summarize the neurology and clinical features of epilepsy diagnosis and treatment.
