目的：在亲子鉴定案件中检出的 D16S539基因座三带型。方法：提取个体不同组织样本 DNA，经两种扩增试剂盒检测及 DNA 测序分析。结果：被检母亲 D16S539基因座分型结果为9／10／11，阴阳性对照分型结果准确。结论：D16S539三带型非常罕见，该个体为正常成年女性，推测此三带型突变来源于杂合子局部的染色体重排或非整倍染色体。
목적：재친자감정안건중검출적 D16S539기인좌삼대형。방법：제취개체불동조직양본 DNA，경량충확증시제합검측급 DNA 측서분석。결과：피검모친 D16S539기인좌분형결과위9／10／11，음양성대조분형결과준학。결론：D16S539삼대형비상한견，해개체위정상성년녀성，추측차삼대형돌변래원우잡합자국부적염색체중배혹비정배염색체。
Aim:To report a tri-allelic variant case of the STR locus D16S539 in a paternity identifica-tion.Methods:DNA was extracted from different tissue samples of the individual,analyzed by using two tes of amplification kits,and then sequenced.Results:The mother was identified to be a 3 tri-allelic al-lele in D16S539 locus,which was genotyped as 9 /10 /11.The positive and negative controls were geno-typed as that as in normal samples.Conclusion:The tri-allelic variant case of the STR locus D16S539 is rare,and it has not been reported in the STR database.Because the mother is a normal female adults, we suggest that the 3 tri-allelic variant could be derived from partial chromosome rearrangements of the heterozygote or from a non euploid chromosome.
