目的：探讨中医体质护理治疗2型糖尿病并冠心病血瘀质患者的临床效果。方法选取2012年1月—2014年8月该院收治的110例2型糖尿病并冠心病血瘀质患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将所选患者分为研究组和对照组,各55例,研究组给予中医体质护理,对照组给予拜阿司匹林片治疗,综合比较两组患者治疗前后凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、D-二聚体(DD)、纤维蛋白原(FBG)、B型尿钠肽(BNP)指标的变化。结果治疗8周后,研究组PT、APTT、TT、DD、FBG均较治疗前明显改善,改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗后,研究组BNP为(1120.6±160.6)ng/L,优于对照组的(2002.5±320.7)ng/L(P<0.05)。结论中医体质护理治疗2型糖尿病并冠心病血瘀质患者效果确切,可有效改善血液高凝状态,值得临床推广使用。

목적：탐토중의체질호리치료2형당뇨병병관심병혈어질환자적림상효과。방법선취2012년1월—2014년8월해원수치적110례2형당뇨병병관심병혈어질환자작위연구대상,채용수궤수자표법장소선환자분위연구조화대조조,각55례,연구조급여중의체질호리,대조조급여배아사필림편치료,종합비교량조환자치료전후응혈매원시간(PT)、활화부분응혈활매시간(APTT)、응혈매시간(TT)、D-이취체(DD)、섬유단백원(FBG)、B형뇨납태(BNP)지표적변화。결과치료8주후,연구조PT、APTT、TT、DD、FBG균교치료전명현개선,개선정도우우대조조(P<0.05)；치료후,연구조BNP위(1120.6±160.6)ng/L,우우대조조적(2002.5±320.7)ng/L(P<0.05)。결론중의체질호리치료2형당뇨병병관심병혈어질환자효과학절,가유효개선혈액고응상태,치득림상추엄사용。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of TCM constitution nursing on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease and blood stasis constitution.Methods 110 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease and blood stasis constitution admitted in our hospital from January 2012 to August 2014 were selected as the subjects and divided into the study group and the control group with 55 cases in each in accordance with the random number table. The study group were treated by the TCM constitution nursing, and the control group were treated by Bayaspirin Tablets. And the prothrombin time(PT), activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT), thrombin time(TT), D-dimer(DD), fibrinogen(FBG) and B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP) of the two groups before and after treatment were compared comprehensively.Results After eight weeks of treatment, the PT, APTT, TT, DD and FBG of the study group were improved significantly compared with those before treatment, and the degree of improvement was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the BNP of the study group was (1120.6±160.6)ng/L, which was better than (2002.5±320.7) ng/L of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM constitution nursing for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease and blood stasis constitution has exact effect. It can effectively improve the hypercoagulable state. It’s worthy of clinical application and promotion.
