目的：分析手术室实施计划巡回无缝隙护理的临床效果。方法选取该院2014年7—9月进行择期手术的90例患者,随机分成观察组与对照组,每组各45例,观察组患者采取计划巡回无缝隙护理,对照组患者采取常规功能制护理,对比两组患者的临床护理效果。结果经过护理干预后,观察组满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),心率、血压波动情况明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在手术室内实施计划巡回无缝隙护理效果较好,不仅能减少并发症,同时也能改善护理质量。

목적：분석수술실실시계화순회무봉극호리적림상효과。방법선취해원2014년7—9월진행택기수술적90례환자,수궤분성관찰조여대조조,매조각45례,관찰조환자채취계화순회무봉극호리,대조조환자채취상규공능제호리,대비량조환자적림상호리효과。결과경과호리간예후,관찰조만의도명현고우대조조(P<0.05),SAS、SDS평분명현저우대조조(P<0.05),심솔、혈압파동정황명현소우대조조(P<0.05)。결론재수술실내실시계화순회무봉극호리효과교호,불부능감소병발증,동시야능개선호리질량。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of planned itinerant seamless nursing implemented in operating room.Methods 90 patients undergoing selective operation in our hospital from July 2014 to September 2014 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 45 cases in each group. The observation group were treated by planned itinerant seamless nursing, while the control group were treated by the conventional functional nursing. And the clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared.ResultsAfter nursing intervention, compared with the control group, the observation group showed significantly higher nursing satisfaction(P<0.05), much lower SAS and SDS scores(P<0.05), significantly less fluctuations in heart rate and blood pressure(P<0.05).Conclusion Planned itinerant seamless nursing implemented in operating room has good effect, which can reduce the complications and improve the quality of nursing.
