目的:对樟脑酚和氢氧化钙糊剂治疗儿童牙病的临床效果进行探讨。方法选取该院在2011年1月—2013年12月收治的100例儿童牙病患儿,随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组患儿给予樟脑酚进行治疗,观察组患儿使用氢氧化钙糊剂进行治疗,对两组患儿的临床效果进行对比与分析。结果观察组患儿在治疗期间无明显不良反应,对照组患儿中8例患儿出现不良反应,不良反应发生率为16%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的治疗有效率为98%,对照组为84%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氢氧化钙糊剂在儿童牙病临床治疗中的应用,有效提高了患儿的治疗有效率,降低不良反应发生率,且刺激性与腐蚀性较低,避免急性炎症的发生,大大减轻患儿痛苦,保证根管中坏死组织、细菌清除的彻底性。

Objective To discuss the clinical effects of camphor phenol and calcium hydroxide paste in the treatment of children with dental disease. Methods 100 cases of children with dental disease admitted in our hospital between January 2011 and De-cember 2013 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Camphor phenol was given to patients in the control group, while calcium hydroxide paste was used in the observation group. Clinical effects were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results Obvious adverse effects were not found in the observation group but in the control group of which the inci-dence was 16%, so the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the effective rate of treatment of children in the observation group was 98% and 84% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) .Conclusion In the treat-ment of children with dental disease, calcium hydroxide paste with weak irritation and corrosion can effectively improve the treat-ment efficiency and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and it can also alleviate sufferings from acute inflammation and en-sure the elimination of necrotic organization and bacteria in the root canal.
