目的:对比股骨干骨折行髓内外固定方案的临床效果。方法回顾性分析选取2009年4月—2014年4月该院诊治的股骨干骨折100例患者临床资料,按照不同治疗方式分为两组,对照组50例患者行髓外固定治疗,研究组50例患者行髓内固定治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗相关有效性指标及并发症发生率。结果研究组临床治疗优良率92.00%高于对照组78.00%,且术后并发症总发生率6.00%低于对照组22.00%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且研究组各项治疗相关有效性指标均优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论股骨干骨折行髓内固定治疗较髓外固定治疗效果更佳,可降低并发症发生率,具临床实际应用价值。

목적:대비고골간골절행수내외고정방안적림상효과。방법회고성분석선취2009년4월—2014년4월해원진치적고골간골절100례환자림상자료,안조불동치료방식분위량조,대조조50례환자행수외고정치료,연구조50례환자행수내고정치료,비교량조환자림상료효、치료상관유효성지표급병발증발생솔。결과연구조림상치료우량솔92.00%고우대조조78.00%,차술후병발증총발생솔6.00%저우대조조22.00%,비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);차연구조각항치료상관유효성지표균우우대조조,비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론고골간골절행수내고정치료교수외고정치료효과경가,가강저병발증발생솔,구림상실제응용개치。
Objective To compare the clinical effect between intramedullary and extramedullary fixation on femoral shaft fractures.MethodsA retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 100 cases with femoral shaft fractures diagnosed and treated in our hospital from April 2009 to April 2014. The patients were divided into two groups in accordance with different treatment. 50 cases in the control group were treated by extramedullary fixation, and 50 cases in the study group were treated by intramedullary fixation. And the clinical efficacy, treatment-related indicators of effectiveness and incidence of complications of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical excellent and good rate of the study group was 92.00%, higher than 78.00% of the control group; the overall incidence of postoperative complications of the study group was 6.00%, lower than 22.00% of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); the treatment-related indicators of effectiveness of the study group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For femoral shaft fractures, compared with extramedullary fixation, intramedullary fixation has better treatment effect, which can reduce the incidence of complications with clinically practical value.
