目的：探讨半夏泻心汤加减治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫的疗效。方法选择2013年4月—2014年4月该院收治的68例糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者作为研究对象，随机分为实验组和对照组各34例，两组患者均给予胰岛素、降糖药以及甲钴胺等基础治疗，实验组加用半夏泻心汤加减治疗，对照组加用多潘立酮治疗，比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果实验组治疗总有效率达到了94.11%，对照组为76.47%，实验组总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病基础治疗措施的基础上，加用半夏泻心汤加减治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫的疗效优于甲钴胺，可在糖尿病性胃轻瘫的临床治疗中推广应用。
목적：탐토반하사심탕가감치료당뇨병성위경탄적료효。방법선택2013년4월—2014년4월해원수치적68례당뇨병성위경탄환자작위연구대상，수궤분위실험조화대조조각34례，량조환자균급여이도소、강당약이급갑고알등기출치료，실험조가용반하사심탕가감치료，대조조가용다반립동치료，비교량조환자림상치료효과。결과실험조치료총유효솔체도료94.11%，대조조위76.47%，실험조총유효솔고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론재당뇨병기출치료조시적기출상，가용반하사심탕가감치료당뇨병성위경탄적료효우우갑고알，가재당뇨병성위경탄적림상치료중추엄응용。
Objective To study the effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis.Methods68 cases of patients with diabetic gastric were selected as research object in our hospital from April,2013 to April,2014, they were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group with 34 cases in each group, two groups of patients were given insulin based,and medicines and Mecobalamin treatment, the experimental group were given Banxia Xiexin Decoction, the control group were given Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with domperidone treatment, clinical curative effect of two groups of patients were compared. Results Total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.11%, the control group was 76.47%, the experimental group was more efficient than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion On the base of Diabetes foundation treatment measures, curative effect of combined with Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis are better than Mecobalamin, it is worthy of popularization and application of clinical treatment on diabetic gastroparesis.
