目的：观察联合应用封闭式负压引流技术和藻酸盐类湿性敷料在乳腺脓肿护理中的疗效。方法将68例乳腺脓肿切开引流术后患者随机分为两组，治疗组采用联合应用 VSD 和藻酸盐类湿性愈合敷料换药，对照组采用普通的敷料换药。对两组患者的伤口疼痛评分、换药次数、伤口愈合时间和瘢痕痊愈率进行比较。结果与对照组比较，治疗组在伤口疼痛程度、换药次数、伤口愈合时间和瘢痕痊愈率方面具有明显优势，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论联合应用负压封闭式引流技术和藻酸盐类湿性愈合敷料，可缩短乳腺脓肿患者的伤口愈合时间，同时有效减少愈合后的瘢痕形成。
목적：관찰연합응용봉폐식부압인류기술화조산염류습성부료재유선농종호리중적료효。방법장68례유선농종절개인류술후환자수궤분위량조，치료조채용연합응용 VSD 화조산염류습성유합부료환약，대조조채용보통적부료환약。대량조환자적상구동통평분、환약차수、상구유합시간화반흔전유솔진행비교。결과여대조조비교，치료조재상구동통정도、환약차수、상구유합시간화반흔전유솔방면구유명현우세，차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론연합응용부압봉폐식인류기술화조산염류습성유합부료，가축단유선농종환자적상구유합시간，동시유효감소유합후적반흔형성。
Objective To explore the application vacuum sealing drainage combined with alginic acid salts dressings on mammary abscess care.Methods The 68 cases of mammary abscess incision drainage postoperative patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,the treatment group uses the VSD and algal acid salt wet healing dressing change medicine,control group adopts ordinary dressing change medicine.Then to compare the pain score,times of treatment,the healing time of wound and the healing rate of scar.Results Compared between the two groups, the indicators in the treatment group above are much superior than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Con-clusion Combined use of closed negative pressure drainage technology and algal acid salt wet healing dressings,can shorten the wound heal-ing of patients with breast abscess time,at the same time it can reduce scarring after healing effectively.
