利用超声波探伤、磁粉探伤、金相显微镜等检测手段对X60管线钢板探伤不合部位取样进行分析。结果表明:试样内部的夹杂、微裂纹是产生缺陷回波的主要原因。采取强化精炼以及连铸坯下线后堆垛缓冷等措施,提高了探伤合格率。
利用超聲波探傷、磁粉探傷、金相顯微鏡等檢測手段對X60管線鋼闆探傷不閤部位取樣進行分析。結果錶明:試樣內部的夾雜、微裂紋是產生缺陷迴波的主要原因。採取彊化精煉以及連鑄坯下線後堆垛緩冷等措施,提高瞭探傷閤格率。
이용초성파탐상、자분탐상、금상현미경등검측수단대X60관선강판탐상불합부위취양진행분석。결과표명:시양내부적협잡、미렬문시산생결함회파적주요원인。채취강화정련이급련주배하선후퇴타완랭등조시,제고료탐상합격솔。
The samples from Nonconformity in Ultrasonic Flaw Detection of X60 steel plate was studied by means of Magnetic particle inspection and Metallurgical Microscopy etc. It has been proved that Micro-cracks and internal inclusions were the main causes of the echoes from defects. Through the technology improvement on refining measure controlling, stacking slow cooling to off line continuous casting slabs, the Conformity Ratio of Ultrasonic Flaw Detection has been improved.
